This digital work shop will take place February 10th 2025 from 8.30 am - 11.30 am (CET).
This will be an inspirational and interactive work shop where you will get insight and tools as well as start creating your first customer experiences for Machine Customers.
The price for this training is EURO 349 (+VAT where applicable)
The recording of the live training will be made available for 30 days after the event.
This training will prepare you to continue the work in enabling customer journeys and service offerings for Machine Customers in your own organization.
The main trainer and facilitator at this event will be Sirte Pihlaja from Shirute.
